About 2 months ago we travelled to Cape Town do work on some portfolio work.
I arranged with the owners from Starprops WoodStock that we shoot Saturday afternoon outside there Prop Warehouse. The morning of the shoot we ran into trouble with two asshole security guards that told us No Shooting, we explained we had permission but they still said NO. I tried to bribe them .. which usually works , but not this time ! We managed to get the owner of Starprops to phone the owner of the land and managed to get permission that we shoot until 12 noon, It didnt give us much time at all to finish a 8 page editorial. We rushed and im happy with the results !
